Return + Exchange Policy

Return Policy

    • Merchandise in its original condition and packaging can be returned to our retail store within 30 days from the receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange. 
    • Equipment returned used or without the original packaging removed will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
    • Equipment that show signs of excessive use or abuse will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Equipment that have been modified in anyway will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
    • The Pre-Owned or Clearance products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Footwear and Apparel must be returned in new, unworn, and unlaundered condition with all packaging affixed. 
    • All Ball Machines are made to order and will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and The Pickleball Exchange's return policy is not applicable. Returns requests and Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. For more details regarding the manufacturers' return policies, please see links below:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) being returned
    • Reason for return
    • Would you like a refund or exchange
  • Pack the item(s) in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box or shipping envelope.
  • Include the original product packaging with the packing slip or order  confirmation email.
