Manufacturer Warranty Information

  • Babolat
    • 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty from date of purchase stating that the paddle is free from defect in material or workmanship within this period. Paddles affected by normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence will not be accepted. Normal wear includes faded graphics, small dents or scratches and markings/residue on face of paddle. Paddles that have been tampered with (re-glued, grip changed, etc.) or have been marked with permanent identification will not be eligible for a warranty claim.

  • Baddle 
    • 1-year limited warranty

  • CRBN
    • All paddles have a Limited 120 Day Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.
    • Registration is required to be eligible for the warranty policy.
    • Paddles should be registered within the first 14-days of purchase.
    • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
    • Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
    • Not covered by Warranty:
      • Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
      • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
      • Fading of graphics.
      • Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).
      • Not being the original purchaser
      • Buying from a non authorized CRBN dealer

  • Diadem
    • 6-month warranty against defects when you register your paddle with Diadem.
    • Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence, or user modification as well as the natural fading of graphics over time are not covered.

  • Engage 
    • Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship for the life of the paddle.:
    • Warranty does not cover;
      • Normal wear and tear, abuse, and negligence
      • Damage caused by any modifications made to the paddle after purchase
      • Fading graphics
      • Damage caused by hitting objects other than Pickleballs such as the ground, other paddles, etc.
      • Paddles not from the original purchaser
      • Paddles purchased from a non-authorized Engage dealer

  • Franklin
    • Franklin Sports Inc. (The Company) products Are warranted only to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. During the warranty period, repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer can provide proof of purchase.
    • This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not authorized by the company to service the product or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Franklin Sports, Inc.

  • Gearbox
    • 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.
    • Warranty does not cover damage as the result of Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
    • Warranty does not cover damage as the result of modification or customization after purchase.
    • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from hitting objects other than Pickleballs.
    • Warranty does not cover fading graphics.
    • Warranty does not cover product purchased “Used”
    • If you have purchased a product that you feel is defective, please call Gearbox Headquarters at 1.877.443.2726 Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm PST or email returns@gearboxsports.com. To file a claim, you will need Proof of purchase such as the original purchase receipt, Date of purchase, Name of product. To file a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser.
  • GRUVN
    • GRUVN pickleball paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
    • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse or negligence, user modification, fading or scratched surfaces.
    • The GRUVN Product warranty also does not transfer in the situation that a GRUVN Product transfers ownership. This applies to 3rd party resellers like eBay.
    • Proof of purchase is required

  • JOOLA
    • Sport Squad, Inc. (“JOOLA”) Limited Manufacturer Warranty for USA and CANADA ONLY. Registration on JOOLAUSA.com is required within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty policy.
    • JOOLA warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE* in the United States and Canada. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles. 
    • Warranty does not cover:
      • Normal wear and tear, damage through improper usage, negligence, acts of nature, or accident (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product).
      • Fading of graphics.
      • Used in commercial applications or rentals.
      • Modified or repaired by anyone not authorized by JOOLA.
      • Purchasing from a non-authorized JOOLA dealer or purchasing in used condition.
      • Not being the original purchaser.
    • To file a claim:
      • Product must be registered prior to filing a warranty claim.
      • You must include THE ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT.
      • You must submit a Customer Service Case through the Joola case portal located on the Contact Us.
      • Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, model number of the product, and a description of the problem.
      • Customer is responsible for shipping the paddle back to JOOLA to validate the warranty claim.
  • OMEGA
    • Standard (1) year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.
    • Paddles should be registered within the first 30-days of purchase.
    • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
    • Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).

    • ONIX
      • ONIX Pickleball performance and intermediate paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the one year of the date of purchase (must have a copy of the original receipt). The warranty is not transferable and only applies to original owner.
      • Due to the violent nature of the sport of pickleball, pickleball balls are not covered under a product warranty.

    •  Paddletek 
      • Limited lifetime performance guarantee that protects against manufacturer defects. Customers must activate warranty within 14 days of purchase at Paddletek.com
      • To activate coverage, customers must register their paddles within 14 days of purchase at paddletek.com.
      • The performance guarantee applies only to the original owner and cannot be transferred after registration.

      • Prince
        • Limited 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects
        • Limited 1 year guarantee against deadspots
      • ProKennex 
        • All paddles have a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.
        • Paddles should be registered within the first 14-days of purchase.
        • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
        • Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
        • Not covered by Warranty:
          • Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
          • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
          • Fading of graphics.

      • PROLITE
        • 1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all paddles from date of purchase. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. 
        • Not covered by warranty
          • Commercial use
          • Cosmetic issues
          • Paddles and bags purchased in used condition
          • Non-Purchased paddles or bags (promotions or giveaways)
          • Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface or edge of the paddle
      • Selkirk
        • Selkirk Sport Pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the paddle with activation of warranty through the registering of the paddle with Selkirk Sport. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to original owner. 
        • Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence or user modification, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.
      • Vulcan 
        • Vulcan Pickleball Paddles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
